BLOODLUST is the story of young Maria Hunter who witnesses her parents being slaughtered by a vampire in their blood-spattered home. Hunter and her infant brother are adopted by the Church and grow up in a warm and loving environment until one night when the vampire who murdered her parents savagely kills her brother. The enraged Hunter leaves the secure confines of the Church on a crusade for vengeance on the creatures responsible for stealing her family from her.

BLOODLUST is a surrealistic and action packed journey of vampire children, centuries old seductresses, blood addicted tattooists and monstrous vampire hit men.

BLOODLUST is the first "big" production from Archangel Productions in that it is feature length. Filming took place mostly in and around the Glens Falls/Lake George area of New York.

Filming started at 8:00 PM at King Neptune's Pub in Lake George, NY on Wednesday, January 29, 2003 with the meeting of Driver (Shawn Schaffer) and Tattooist (Ethan Sinclair). Shoots have been on the weekends throughout 2003/2004 due to everyone involved having regular jobs and school during the week. Some good news. After schlepping BLOODLUST and THE VAMPIRE ASSASSIN around online for about five years I have signed a distribution contract with Goliath Arts (www.goliatharts.com) a professional consulting and distribution company based in Los Angeles.

Goliath has recently entered into an agreement with Global Broadcast/Eutelsat (www.eutelsat.com) a new telecommunications network and will be a content provider for them for the next fives years plus.

I will update you with the run schedule for BLOODLUST and THE VAMPIRE ASSASSIN. Goliath reps have told me that they have a spot for around February in Europe and Asia. Initial territories for Primary Channel Rotations may include: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Alto Adige province of Italy, Lichtentstein, Luxembourg, Denmark, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Montenegro.
